The real heart of the family.
Behind every eXp, Team Shelley 1st Choice Collective open house is a trio of Florida pets who make the Shelley home complete. Meet Owen, Wilson and Miss Kitty — each sporting their coastal Florida bandana.
Two Maltipoos and one tabby run this house.
We sell Florida, but these three are Florida. Owen and Wilson, our two Maltipoo guard dogs, and Miss Kitty, our grey-and-white tabby, are the heart of the Shelley family — the smallest members of eXp, Team Shelley 1st Choice Collective, the reason we work so hard and the reason we love coming home. They take their job seriously, too.
Owen is our tan-colored Maltipoo with a soft apricot coat and a heart to match. Don't let the sweet face fool you — Owen takes his job as Team Shelley's guard dog seriously, first to the door and last to stand down.

- Loyal & watchful
- Team Shelley 1st Choice Collective guard dog
Wilson is our white Maltipoo — bright, fluffy and full of mischief. He's the spark plug of the family, bouncing through the lanai and the second half of Team Shelley's four-legged security detail.
- Bright white curly coat
- Quick on his paws
- Team Shelley 1st Choice Collective guard dog
Miss Kitty is our grey-and-white striped tabby with a white belly. She runs the roost from her sunny windowsill, watching the palm trees sway and keeping the guard dogs in line.

- Sunny-windowsill supervisor
- Team Shelley 1st Choice Collective crew
The heart of the family.
Real estate is what we do, but Owen, Wilson and Miss Kitty are who we do it for. Every sunset on the dock and every cart ride home is better with this crew waiting at the door.
